How THC Store works
THC Store is an online store for hemp, CBD and Ayurvedic products sold by partner brands, with doctor consultations for the products that need a prescription. This is the path from finding a product to receiving it.
Find what you need
Browse the shop or search by product, brand or category. Every product page shows the price, the brand that sells it and whether it needs a prescription.
Enter your pincode on a product page to see if we deliver to you and when to expect it.
Add a prescription if the product needs one
Products that need a prescription carry the label Prescription needed. Everything else can go straight to checkout.
When your cart holds such a product, the cart asks how you want to give the prescription: use one already saved in your account, upload a photo or file of one, or book a call with a doctor.
A doctor decides whether a prescription is right for you. Booking a call does not mean one will be written.

Check your cart and pay
Review the cart, add your delivery address, apply a coupon if you have one, and pay on the checkout page.
If an item needs a prescription, the order waits until its prescription has been checked and approved, then it moves on. An order that is waiting is never cancelled automatically; a person decides.
Delivery and tracking
Each brand packs and ships its own items, so an order with products from more than one brand can arrive in more than one parcel, on different days.
Follow a parcel with its tracking number on the Track Order page, or open the order in your account.
After it arrives
If something is wrong with an item you can ask to return it from your order. Our team reviews each request and tells you what happens next.
Cancelling an order that has not arrived is a request too: our team approves it.
